I would like all persons in the City of Mayfield Heights to understand that “no phone call” is unimportant to us, and if you have a need for the Police Department, even if it is a simple question or minor concern then you should feel free to contact our Communications center. We also have a Community Operations Bureau which is available to discuss any citizen or business issue or concern.
Our Police Department goal is to provide the most professional police services possible and in order to do this we must be sure that we are addressing all the needs of the public. We are a CALEA nationally accredited agency which ensures that we are providing our residents with the highest standards of excellence.
I urge residents to join our Neighborhood Watch program where we meet monthly so we can learn how to better meet your needs. We also offer many other services (listed on this site) for residents and businesses which I urge you to utilize. Working together in partnership with our citizens is the best way for us to team up and keep our city safe. The residents in our community serve as the eyes and ears of the neighborhood and should notify our department of criminal and suspicious activity.
The Mayfield Heights Police Department takes all criminal complaints very seriously and we will work together with Federal, State, and Local agencies to prosecute all cases within our jurisdiction.
