Community Partnership on Aging serves adults age 60 and over living in South Euclid, Lyndhurst, Highland Heights, Mayfield Heights, Mayfield Village, and Richmond Heights, Ohio. Our goal is to promote independence, a healthy lifestyle, community involvement, and opportunities for personal growth for older adults, as well as support for family caregivers. Our mission is carried out through planning, coordinating, and providing services that enhance the dignity, security, and overall well-being of the older adults in our communities.
We are supported by funds from each of the above cities, Title III funds from the Older Americans Act of 1965 through the Area Agency on Aging PSA 10A/Ohio Department of Aging, Cuyahoga County funding through the Health and Human Services Levy, donations, and over 200 volunteers who contribute their time and effort.
A Letter from the Director
Mayfield Heights is home to more than 19,000 residents and over 29% of them are age 60 or above! In partnership with the cities of South Euclid, Lyndhurst, Highland Heights, Mayfield Village, and Richmond Heihgts, the city of Mayfield Heights has a relationship with the Community Partnership on Aging. The organization was established in 1978 to support independence and a healthy lifestyle by providing programs and services targeted to the interests and needs of people 60 and over.
At Community Partnership on Aging, we believe that quality of life and a positive sense of well-being are improved when residents have access to opportunities to be engaged in meaningful, purposeful programs, volunteer work and activities. That may mean different things for different people but our staff will help guide you in ways to be involved with us that best suit your lifestyle. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with our organization by exploring the website or contacting one of our offices. We welcome your involvement and your feedback!
