We are pleased to announce the launch of a new safety App for smart phone users called “Your 911”.  Residents of Mayfield Heights can download this FREE App in four easy steps:

• Go to either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store
• Search for “Your 911”
• Download the FREE app
• Once downloaded to your smart phone, please fill out the “Profile” section of the App

The emergency button is your link directly to Mayfield Heights Dispatchers or, if you are outside our city boundaries, to the dispatch center nearest you.  Your 911 will immediately provide dispatchers with your location information if you are within our city boundaries and update that location during an emergency.
