City Hall COVID-19 Restrictions

The City of Mayfield Heights is aware that the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing global concern. It is important for us to protect the health of our employees during this pandemic so they can continue to meet the needs of the community we serve. For that reason, Mayfield Heights City Hall will be closed to walk-in visitors except those who have an emergency situation. The police department has restricted access via telephone in their front lobby. The building department will accept walk-in visitors for commercial building permits only. Please access the building department through the designated door at the back of city hall. Mayfield Heights staff will be hard at work ensuring that necessary services and operations continue.
