The City of Mayfield Heights employees have been working throughout COVID-19 even as the facility was closed to the public. Throughout that time, we have changed processes and established protocols with the priority of keeping a safe environment for employees, visitors, and their families. Effective May 11, 2020, City Hall is open to the public. In accordance with federal guidelines and the Responsible RestartOhio guidelines, we have implemented the following:Enhanced cleaning and sanitization of the facility Social distancing protocolsRequired use of masks for employeesDaily temperature checks of employeesCompletion of screening questionnaire for visitorsThe City will continue to follow recommendations from federal and state agencies and will update processes and protocols accordingly. We are committed to providing a safe environment and protecting the health and well being of our employees and visitors.Updates will be posted as implemented.Please note: The DeJohn Community Center will be closed pending the State of Ohio decision to open public event spaces.
