Band members Dave Hudec and Josh Nichols play songs that range from Lenny Kravitz to Alice In Chains to Van Morrison to Taylor Swift.

Velvet Shake Velvet Shake’s high-energy stage show combines top 40 pop with rock and club hits, guaranteed to keep their audience dancing all night. Covering hits by artists such as Carrie Underwood – Journey – Michael Jackson – Bruno Mars – Usher – Pat Benatar and many more!
Velvet Shake is far from your average bar band. The incredibly diverse repertoire of Velvet Shake is performed by five of Cleveland’s most applauded musicians. Voted as one of the top cover bands in Cleveland, their raw talent, high-energy stage presence, and national-class production consistently ‘wow’ the Velvet Shake draw and newcomers alike.

Big In Japan
Since 2008, BIG IN JAPAN has been one of the most popular cover bands on the North Coast. Combining both modern and classic "party" songs, a BIG IN JAPAN show is a high energy, fun-filled event! Audiences are drawn onto their feet to dance and have a fantastic time, making them want to come back again and again.
BIG IN JAPAN is Matt Contorno (AKA Matt Miyagi) on drums and vocals, R. Scott Vaughn (AKA Scotty Sokko) on bass guitar and lead vocals, and Vic Bordelon (AKA Victor Lee) on guitar and vocals. They are one of the longest running cover bands in the Cleveland area with all original members. This is due to both the talent and the friendship they have together, working as a well-oiled machine. BIG IN JAPAN's set list is geared for a party, and spans several eras and music genres. With songs ranging from 80's "Hip-Hop," to classic dance and party rock, to today's "Top 40" hits, BIG IN JAPAN is sure to keep the dance floor jumping!
BIG IN JAPAN chose to invade Cleveland Ohio, the rock and roll capital of the world. So get ready, for the invasion that is BIG IN JAPAN!!!

Polka Pirates The Polka Pirates were founded in 2005 by Duffy O'Neill. Cleveland's busiest polka band is the house band at Sterles Slovenian Country House, where it plays every Friday. The band hosts monthly dances at the Parma Moose, Brothers Lounge and the AMPOL Club in Cleveland. The band has traveled throughout the Midwest and is always a crowd favorite. One of few polka bands to entertain at 200 gigs in a year, it gains new fans/friends at every event. Come and "Get Hooked." The band was nominated for Button Box Band of the Year by the National Cleveland-Style Polka Hall of Fame in 2010, 2012, and 2013.

From the largest elephant to the smallest shrew, the city of Zootopia is a mammal metropolis where various animals live and thrive. When Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) becomes the first rabbit to join the police force, she quickly learns how tough it is to enforce the law. Determined to prove herself, Judy jumps at the opportunity to solve a mysterious case. Unfortunately, that means working with Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman), a wily fox who makes her job even harder.

We are happy to introduce the Drive IN Frenzy! We are having 3 of Northeast Ohio's more popular food trucks in our park to help with a night free from cooking for your family. Once the food trucks are in full swing, stay for a free performance by East Wind. And of course, the main event is our first ever free Drive In movie. Park your car in the park - be there early - eat dinner, listen to music, and settle in for Finding Dory. You will be able to hear the movie through your car radio!

Barrio’s Food Truck is on the roll in the Cleveland area. In addition to being voted “Best Food Truck” by Cleveland Scene, the truck can be found at special events, company lunch breaks, concerts, and more. At Barrio, you can craft your own tacos. You get to select as many or as few items you'd like to have on your taco, bowl, or guac.
Swensons
Wesley T. "Pop" Swenson started selling hamburgers at Buchtel High School out of a station wagon in 1933. In 1934, he opened a restaurant on South Hawkins in Akron, near Market Street. As such the Galley Boy was born. The food truck brings award winning burgers, as it has topped the Forbes list as well as the Cleveland Hot List.

East Wind
East Wind was one of the top rock groups in northern Ohio back in the 70’s. Well they reunited in 2009 with all the original members at the Beachland Ballroom and the music hasn’t stopped.
Movie Finding Dory
Dory (Ellen DeGeneres) is a wide-eyed, blue tang fish who suffers from memory loss every 10 seconds or so. The one thing she can remember is that she somehow became separated from her parents as a child. With help from her friends Nemo and Marlin, Dory embarks on an epic adventure to find them. Her journey brings her to the Marine Life Institute, a conservatory that houses diverse ocean species. Dory now knows that her family reunion will only happen if she can save mom and dad from captivity.

National Night OutTuesday August 1 Festivities begin at 6:30 PM City Park Gazebo
Join the city and the Mayfield Heights Police Department for our 3rd annual National Night Out. The evening begins with a Neighborhood Watch meeting at 6:30 PM, followed by food and entertainment. Stay for fireworks at dusk.The Chardon Polka Band is known for being innovative and extremely adaptive with the ability to please almost any audience. In their nine years together, the band has made a name for itself by adding a colorful twist to the traditional genre of the polka.

9th Annual Car ShowThursday August 17 Ross DeJohn Community CenterView cars from all years and models. Take a walk around and vote on the best car in show. The Car Show will take place in conjunction with the Concert in the Park featuring the Jimmy Jack Band. Concessions will be sold.

Jimmy has been rocking the North Coast of Ohio for almost two decades in several different bands. This new incarnation of The Jimmy Jack Band is where you can see all of his experience and skills come together to highlight the energy, passion and sweetness he’s known for bringing to every performance.
